Administration
Administration
The Administration Division of the Central Marin Fire Department provides leadership, strategic planning, financial oversight, personnel management, and interagency coordination in support of the department’s operational and public safety mission. Our administrative team works behind the scenes to ensure that the organization runs efficiently, meets legal and regulatory obligations, and is positioned to respond effectively to the evolving needs of the community.
Under the leadership of the Fire Chief and Deputy Fire Chief, the administrative staff coordinates critical functions such as budgeting and finance, human resources, training and development, risk management, labor relations, regulatory compliance, records management, purchasing, grant administration, and public communications.
Administrative personnel also serve as liaisons to the Central Marin Fire Authority Council and support regional collaboration with partner agencies, including the Town of Corte Madera, City of Larkspur, Central Marin Police Authority, Marin Wildfire Prevention Authority (MWPA), and Marin County Fire agencies. Our goal is to deliver transparent, accountable governance and to uphold the highest standards of public service.
