Fire Council
Central Marin Fire Authority Council
The Central Marin Fire Authority Council serves as the governing body for the Central Marin Fire Department, formed through a Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Larkspur and the Town of Corte Madera. The Council provides oversight of budget, governance, labor agreements, and policy decisions affecting the agency and its service to the community.
The Council is composed of elected representatives from both member agencies and meets quarterly to conduct official business and adopt resolutions. Meetings are open to the public and provide an opportunity for community engagement in fire service governance.
